Salma Hayek Jiménez is a Mexican and American film actress, director and producer. She began her career in Mexico starring in the telenovela Teresa and went on to star in the film Frida as Frida Kahlo for which she was nominated in the category of Best Actress for an Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Screen Actors Guild Award and Golden Globe Award

2 oz Dama Tequila

1¼ Pimm's No. 1

1½ cold black tea

1¼ Dama tequila agave nectar *

6 Mint leaves

Garnish

24k GOLD FLAKE MIXED WITH

 CRoSHED ICE AND PASIONFRUIT PULP

ORANGE PEAL TWIST

Preparation: 10 oz high ball glass. In a metal tumbler, muddle mint into the Dama tequila agave nectar syrup until mint becomes aromatic. Pour remaining ingredients with crushed ice into a shaker shake vigorously with ice for one Minute. Pour into high ball glass, top off with 24k gold flake mixed with crushed ice and passion fruit pulp . Splash of Top Shelf Champagne topped with fresh mint and an orange peel twist.

* (For Dama tequila agave
nectar syrup:

5 oz of Dama Tequila, 3 anis stars, 2 drops of lemon essential oil, 1
cup agave nectar and 1 1/2 cup water.

Combine the agave nectar, the 3 anis stars and water in a small saucepan
and heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the agave is
dissolved.  Reduce the heat to very low add
5 oz of Dama Tequila, 3 anis stars, 2 drops of lemon essential oil, simmer very
gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally do not boil.

Remove from the heat take the anis stars out and after let cool 2-3
hours to allow the flavors to develop.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then bottle)
