2.5 oz Dama Tequila
2oz Lime and lemon juice
1 oz Grand Marnier
*4 Dama Mojito cubes*
2 oz Club soda
Garnish:
1 Mint leaf
Espresso spoon of Mint caviar all over the top
Preparation: Rim a 10 oz martini glass with sugar.
Pour ingredients into a shaker; shake vigorously with ice for one
Minute, place 3 or 4 Dama Mojito

* (Preparation of the Dama Mojito cubes: 5oz of Dama

then pour into a small tray and refrigerate. Once the jelly has set, cut it into big cubes.
