2 oz DamaTequila

½ oz of Louis the XIII

 (can besubstitute for another cognac)

1 ½ oz fresh lemon and lime juice

2 oz of coconut puree

1/4 oz white chocolate & 
Raspberries agave nectar *

1 oz of Peregrino water

Garnish: 1 lychee with 2 red roses’ petals

Preparation: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice the Dama tequila,
lime and lemon, peregrino and coconut puree.  Shake, and then pour using a strainer into a

10 oz martini glass and add the Louis the XII Cognac let it rest 10 seconds, Add white chocolate & Raspberries agave nectar syrup as it creates
two layers Then Splash of Top Shelf Champagne 

Note:

* (For white chocolate
& Raspberries agave nectar syrup:

½ of bar of white chocolate in pieces, 2 cups of fresh raspberries,  1 cup agave nectar, 1 1/2 cup water. Combine the agave nectar, white chocolate and water in a small saucepan and heat the mixture over medium heat,

Stirring occasionally, until the agave and chocolate are dissolved.  Reduce the heat to low add 2 cups of fresh raspberries and simmer very gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally do not boil.Remove from the heat and blend it after let cool 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve, then bottle)
