2 oz Dama tequila
½ oz of Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac
1oz of Cointreau
*1 oz Tangerine &
Ginger Agave nectar *

1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3 oz pomegranate puree
Garnish:
Pomegranate seeds
Preparation: Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice with
the exclusion of t the ½ oz of Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac Shake well. Strain
into a chilled, 10oz Martini glass. Pour the Remy martin Louis XIII on top and
the exclusion of t the ½ oz of Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac Shake well. Strain

*(For homemade Tangerine & Ginger Agave nectar syrup:
5 slices fresh ginger, each 1/4-inch thick,3 tangerines in slices each 1/2-inch thick, 2 drops of lemon essential oil
, 1 cup agave negtar,1 1/2 cup water.
Combine the agave nectar and water in a small saucepan and heat the
mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally,
