2oz. Dama tequila

1½ oz. Umeshu

2oz. Lychee puree

2 ½ oz. mugi shochu

½ oz Agave Nectar

1 ½ 0z lime and lemon juice

Garnish:

2 fresh Backberries

24 k gold flake

Preparation : Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker

with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled, 10oz Martini
glass
