Paella for the World is a private non-profit institution whose main objective is to organize activities in the United States to disseminate the authentic Spanish American culinary traditions and to increase the consumption of products from the Mediterranean diet.
Paella for the World also plans
to provide scholarships to students of gastronomy
and will honor food journalists and chefs that best reflect the excellence of our cuisine.
